How does it work? (each shipper is slightly different)
• You ship your product as you normally do.
• Your carrier creates an EDI file for all your weekly shipments and sends it to PPA
• PPA analyzes the file through our program that checks for service failures and overcharges.
• PPA works directly with your carrier to remove those charges from your bill
• We send you a revised invoice which is approved by your shipper
• The Invoice will have the original amount invoiced, and the savings amount
• You pay the shipper the reduced amount as the invoice states
• PPA will invoice you a percentage of what we saved you.
• If we save you nothing, you pay nothing!

How much savings can I expect?

How do we get started?
As simple as 1-2-3.
- If you’re on EDI, send us your most recent EDI files. If you’re not on EDI, place the authorization letter on your letterhead, sign it, FAX it to 1-609-430-9789. This will allow PPA to get two test EDI files from "Your Carrier".
- You start receiving weekly audits and credited bill (Remittance Advice) from PPA.
- Make the payment accordingly to the carrier, and enjoy reading the customized reports.

What is an Authorization Letter?
This is the letter signed by you authorizing PPA to receive your invoices in EDI form from the carrier to do a TEST audit on your account. See “Free Test” section for more information.

Will I receive regular paper invoice from my carrier after we signup?
No. Instead, you will receive a weekly Remittance Advice email consolidating all invoices from PPA on a weekly basis, along with other standard and customized management reports.

Yes. Take advantage of this free option. PPA will send the payment to the carrier on your behalf after receiving the check from you. You can combine the payment to carrier and the payment to PPA (a percentage of the savings) into one check.
