SureTrak LT (The Software)
For companies that like to do the Audit themselves, we offer SureTrak LT; a downloadable software suite that you can use at home or in your own office.
To use SureTrak LT, you must have a dedicated PC for the Audit, and a high-speed Internet connection. It can audit about 800 packages an hour, so we recommend it for companies that ship “LESS THAN” $3 million a year. Additionally, the Reporting features are not as robust as the service.
Below is a Quick Reference Table and additional information to help you decide if the Service or Software is right for your organization.
Outsource Services or In-house Software? We offer two options to save on your shipping expense; Our SureTrack Service is where we do all the work, or In-house, which is a downloadable software package, SureTrak LT, where you do all the work. Either way, you pay a lower bill.
See table to help determine which one is best for you or you can review the list of Software FAQ’s below.

Keeping up with the most current version of SureTrak is very easy.

time you run the program. If a new version of the software is found,
you will be asked to download the new version. The updating is usually
done with a click.
Can I process multiple bills?
Yes. Just save each bill into the new bill folder(s) before the audit.
SureTrak will continue auditing each bill until all finished.
How fast is the software?
It depends on your Internet connection. With a stable cable
modem (1.5M), you can audit 1000-1500 packages per hour.
What should I do if my Internet is down?
Check your Internet connection before start the auditing.
If your Internet connection is down (e.g., carrier's server is not
available) during the auditing process, SureTrak will try to reconnect.
If you abort the process manually,
all the process will be saved. Next time when you click the
"Audit Bills", the process will continue from where it left last time.
Does SureTrak LT request the refund for me?
SureTrak requests the credit for you if you are a FedEx US customer. FedEx Canadian customers need
to request the credit by contacting FedEx's customer service. UPS and DHL require all customers to call in
to request GSR refund. SureTrak provides a complete report to assist your refund request process.
What shall I do for the "In Transit" shipments?
Usually, the carrier will not approve any credit until the package is delivered,
even if it is already late. SureTrak keeps a log of the "in transit" shipments.
When you run the program next time, it automatically tracks them again.
